    Very Satisfied Experience.
    Frustrated with searching for a SUV to replace my 2009 Ford Escape I worked with Tom Gould to find a suitable replacement vehicle. Refreshing to deal with a person who understood my needs, provided 3 options addressed my needs with no bull pressure talk, provided the decision making details in a precise format then left it up to me to decide.
